Scope and contact

These terms apply to Dakhil (الدخيل) and dakhil.devqr.org. By using the service, you agree to them to the extent permitted by law. For questions or support, contact the Dakhil team at help@devqr.org.

The game and children

Dakhil is an Arabic puzzle game for entertainment and learning by children and adults. It is not an accredited test or a substitute for teaching or professional assessment. A parent or guardian should review these terms and supervise minors where required by law, particularly when opening external links.

Permitted use

You may install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes under these terms and applicable component licenses. Do not compromise, disrupt, or distribute malicious versions of the service. These terms do not restrict rights provided by law or applicable open-source software and artwork licenses.

Progress and puzzle availability

Progress is stored locally with no Dakhil-managed account or synchronization. Clearing data or changing devices may cause progress loss. Unlimited play means no daily play limit, not infinitely many unique puzzles; the collection repeats after completion. Puzzles and features may change with updates.

Purchase and hints

Dakhil is a paid game with a single upfront price set and displayed by the app store before purchase. The app has no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Hints are included at no extra charge. Purchases and refunds are subject to store terms and applicable consumer rights.

Artwork and licenses

The app identity and original content are subject to applicable rights. Some illustrations are by OpenMoji under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0; those rights and terms remain applicable. See Settings → Artwork and licenses. Third-party libraries retain their own licenses.

Accuracy, availability, and liability

We aim for clear puzzles and a stable service, but language, factual, or technical errors may occur; please report them. The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Stopping use and updates

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may update the service or terms; the current version and revision date appear here. Changes apply to subsequent use subject to law, with additional notice where required. Contact help@devqr.org with questions or to resolve an issue; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
