توضح هذه السياسة التعامل مع البيانات في تطبيق الدخيل (Dakhil) وموقع dakhil.devqr.org. لطلبات الخصوصية أو الدعم، تواصل مع فريق الدخيل على help@devqr.org.

بيانات اللعب على جهازك

لا يتطلب اللعب حسابًا أو اسمًا أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا. يحفظ التطبيق محليًا تقدم الألغاز والمحاولات وأوقات الحل والإحصاءات وإعدادات الصوت والاهتزاز وحالة المقدمة. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لتشغيل اللعبة وحفظ تقدمك، ولا تُرسل إلى خادم الدخيل. لا توجد خدمة تحليلات مستقلة ترسل أحداث اللعب إلينا.

الأطفال وأولياء الأمور

الدخيل موجه للأطفال والبالغين. لا يحتاج الطفل إلى مشاركة اسمه أو عمره أو تفاصيله الشخصية للعب، ولا توجد محادثات عامة أو ملفات شخصية أو إعلانات داخل التطبيق. يُرجى من أولياء الأمور الإشراف على الروابط الخارجية والتواصل معنا نيابة عن الأطفال. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا معلومات شخصية غير ضرورية، راسل help@devqr.org لنراجعها ونحذفها عند الاقتضاء.

الموقع ورسائل الدعم

عند زيارة الموقع، تتم معالجة عنوان IP وطلب الصفحة ومعلومات المتصفح اللازمة لتقديم الصفحة وتأمينها. لا تتضمن صفحاتنا أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بنا. قد تسجل بنية الاستضافة أخطاء أو أحداثًا أمنية. إذا راسلتنا، نعالج بريدك ومحتوى الرسالة ومرفقاتها للرد وحل المشكلة، وقد تتم المعالجة من خلال مزود البريد الإلكتروني. لا ترسل معلومات شخصية غير ضرورية.

الحفظ والحذف وحقوقك

تبقى بيانات اللعب حتى تمسحها من «الإعدادات ← إعادة ضبط البيانات» أو تخزين التطبيق في Android. قد يحتفظ نظام التشغيل بنسخة احتياطية حسب إعدادات جهازك؛ لا يدير الدخيل خدمة نسخ سحابي خاصة به. نحتفظ بمراسلات الدعم للمدة اللازمة لمعالجة الطلب والالتزامات ذات الصلة. اطلب الوصول إلى بيانات مراسلاتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها على help@devqr.org. لا نستطيع قراءة بيانات اللعب على جهازك أو حذفها عن بُعد. قد تتوفر حقوق إضافية حسب بلدك، مثل الاعتراض أو الشكوى للجهة المختصة.

المشاركة والأمان

لا نبيع سجلات تقدمك المحلية أو مراسلات دعمك. قد يعالج مزودا الاستضافة والبريد البيانات الموضحة أعلاه، وقد تعمل أنظمتهما خارج بلدك. قد نكشف معلومات عند وجود التزام قانوني أو لحماية الخدمة والحقوق. يستخدم الموقع HTTPS عبر روابطه الآمنة. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل تضمن الأمان المطلق. تخضع الخدمات الخارجية لسياساتها.

التغييرات

قد نحدث السياسة عند تغير التطبيق أو الخدمات. ننشر النسخة الحالية وتاريخها هنا؛ وقد تختلف النسخة المرفقة بتطبيق قديم. نقدم إشعارًا أو نطلب موافقة إضافية عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك لتغيير جوهري.

About this policy and contact

This policy explains data handling in Dakhil (الدخيل) and dakhil.devqr.org. For privacy requests or support, contact the Dakhil team at help@devqr.org.

Game data on your device

Playing does not require an account, name, or email address. The app stores puzzle progress, attempts, completion times, statistics, sound and vibration settings, and onboarding state locally to run the game and preserve progress. These records are not sent to a Dakhil server. There is no separate analytics service transmitting gameplay events to us.

Children and parents

Dakhil is intended for children and adults. Children do not need to share their name, age, or personal details to play, and there are no public chats, user profiles, or in-app ads. Parents should supervise external links and contact us on children's behalf. If you believe a child sent us unnecessary personal information, email help@devqr.org so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Website and support messages

Website visits involve processing your IP address, page request, and browser information needed to deliver and secure pages. Our pages contain no analytics trackers, ads, or our own cookies. Hosting infrastructure may log errors or security events. If you email us, we process your email address, message, and attachments to respond and resolve issues, including through our email provider. Do not send unnecessary personal information.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

Local game data remains until you reset it in Settings → Reset data or clear app storage in Android. Operating-system backup may retain a copy according to device settings; Dakhil has no cloud backup service of its own. We retain support correspondence as long as needed for the request and relevant obligations. Request access, correction, or deletion of correspondence data at help@devqr.org. We cannot read or remotely delete game data on your device. Additional rights may apply in your country, such as objection or complaints to your local authority.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your local progress records or support correspondence. Hosting and email providers may process the data described above, including outside your country. Information may be disclosed where legally required or to protect the service and rights. The website uses HTTPS through its secure URLs. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. External services have their own policies.

Changes

We may update the policy as the app or services change. The current version and revision date are published here; an older app's bundled copy may differ. We provide notice or seek additional consent where required for a material change.
